Hope for the Inner City, Inc.

A Front Desk Volunteer welcomes guests, answers phone calls, transfers them to the right staff, and provides referrals for rent, utilities, and dental care. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, volunteers also assist with food distribution by helping guests complete forms. Keeping the lobby clean and organized is part of the role to ensure a welcoming space. This is a great opportunity to help people connect with essential services while gaining experience in a welcoming, front-facing role. If you're interested, we'd love to have you on the team!
